Sustainable and Attainable Housing
Rosseau Acres is a sustainable and attainable housing initiative in Picton, Prince Edward County, Ontario, and is the first Net Metering Housing model of its kind in the Province. Tri-Canadian Energy is the developer of this out-of-the-box housing model. It’s vision is to promote a healthy and sustainable life through renewable energy, all while growing the Prince Edward County community by providing opportunity for home ownership.
Approximately 100 acres of property located on Rosseau Road, just on the outskirts of downtown Picton, will be converted into acre lots, varying from half an acre to two acres. Lots will be priced below the current market value to allow for attainable housing, meeting The County’s housing needs. If you are looking to be independent of power companies and see the financial benefits of living a solar life, then Rosseau Acres is the home for you!
